In preparation for the annual AHIM 2024 event conducted by the School of Tourism Studies,
Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. sought to create a distinctive logo that would serve as
the official visual identity for the event. Rather than hosting a logo design competition, the
department entrusted Mr. Ajay V, a student from the MSc Batch of 2023-2025 at the School of
Computer Sciences, with the task of designing the logo, given his strong skills in design and
creativity.

Mr. Ajay V was personally approached by the
department to craft a logo that would encapsulate
the essence and vision of AHIM 2024. Rising to the
challenge, he designed a logo that was not only

theme of the event. His design was met with
widespread appreciation from both the faculty and
the students.
Official Logo Launch and Appreciation
The official unveiling of the AHIM 2024 logo took place on September 5, 2024, during a formal
event attended by faculty members, students, and distinguished guests. At the event, Dr. Toney
K Thomas, Director of the STS Department, formally launched the logo and extended his
heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Ajay V. Dr. Toney K Thomas publicly congratulated Mr. Ajay for
his creative contribution, recognizing his hard work and skill in front of the assembled audience.
Dr. Toney K Thomas expressed that the logo would represent AHIM 2024 throughout the year
and serve as a symbol of the event’s values and purpose. The recognition of Mr. Ajay’s talent
